Action


  • Spend a day or an afternoon on "unplugged" activities -- walking, biking, reading, knitting, playing -- as a way to reconnect with hobbies that don't require energy.


  • Adjust your thermostat to save energy, turn off lights and change out all your light bulbs to LEDs.
